Measure the height proportions from feet to head standing flat on hard floor
2. Chest
Measure the chest proportions putting the tape under arms leveling at the shoulder blades;
3. Waist
Measure the waist proportions with tape leveling at the narrowest place above a navel;
4. Hips:
Measure the hips proportions with tape.
